Is it really unlimited?
Yes! Once subscribed, you’ll be able to submit as many requests as you want, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast is it?
On average, most requests are completed within 3 working days. More complex requests – such as branding for example – take longer and are divided into several requests ( phone conversation, analysis, strategic planning, etc) so you can keep an eye on what’s being done.
Can I talk to a Human being?
Of course!
One to one conversations are key in acheiving high quality design.
If you want to talk about a project or need advice, it’s easy: book a call. In your client dashboard, you’ll find a link to do so. You’ll actually always talk to the same person: the designer who works for you.
What if I don't like the design I receive?
No problem! We’ll modify it until you’re 100% satisfied.
What if I only have one project?
All good for us!
Stop your subscription once the project is over, and get back to us when you have more needs.
Is it complicated to stop my subscription?
Absolutly not!
No need to send us a letter or even call us, just send a mail to subscriptions@milligramme.fr and your subscription won’t be renewed the following month.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the custom nature of our work, no refund can be issued.
